From Low-Paid Gigs to $2K–$6K/Month as a Professional Cruise Musician

Imagine This…

Imagine waking up each morning in a brand-new country. You check your account and see a $4,000 salary coming in — steady, reliable, and more than enough to live on. You don’t have to think about rent, food, bills, or chasing the next concert. Everything is taken care of.

Your days are free to explore the Greek islands, the Caribbean, or the Nordic countries and in the evenings, you do what you love most: play music. Just a few sets a night. Each performance builds your confidence, your experience, and your credibility as a professional musician.

No more playing for underpaid concerts that don’t reflect your worth. Instead, you’ve finally made it. You’re a full-time musician. And not only are you making a living, but you have the freedom to save ¾ of your paycheck — to invest in your own music, produce an album, or simply build the life you want.

I know how it feels to want that so badly.

Before my first cruise contract, I barely had any experience. I was seen as an amateur, not a professional, and no matter how passionate I was, I wasn’t getting opportunities.

Working on cruise ships changed everything.

It gave me stability, freedom, and the chance to finally be paid what I was worth as a musician. It also opened doors in my music career that I never thought possible — opportunities, experience, and connections that made my life unrecognizable from before.

I now dedicate myself to help other musicians step into this world too. Because we all deserve to be paid fairly for our talent, to be treated with respect, and to finally be seen as the professional, full-time musicians we’ve worked so hard to become.

That’s why I created the Cruise Musician Accelerator

The Cruise Musician Accelerator is for ambitious solo singers who play piano or guitar — skilled musicians who are ready to finally step up in their careers.

You’re talented, dedicated, and passionate about music… but right now you’re stuck chasing low-paid gigs, struggling to find stable opportunities, and wondering how to break into the international scene.

If you’re tired of working so hard and still not being paid what you’re worth, if you’re tired of feeling unseen, and if you don’t know how to actually get in front of international opportunities and cruise ship agencies — this is for you.

This program is designed to help you go from a passionate land-based musician to a confident, well-paid international professional musician. You’ll not only gain the tools and connections to land cruise ship contracts — you’ll step into the identity of a recognized, respected musician who gets paid fairly to do what you love.

When you work with me, here’s what you can expect to experience:

Earning What You’re Really Worth

Cruise Musician Accelerator: Program Breakdown

This is a 3-month, 1:1 journey created for ambitious solo musicians who are ready to finally step into the career they’ve been dreaming of. Together, we’ll build your repertoire, polish your showreel, and get you connected with cruise ship agencies — so you can start earning steady income, traveling the world, and being paid what you’re truly worth as a professional musician.

Because no two musicians carry the same background, this experience is completely personalized. There’s no cookie-cutter plan here — I’ll meet you exactly where you are, guide you step by step, and support you as you transform from passionate land-based musician to confident international professional.

Month 1: Building Your Foundation

We’ll start by auditing your current repertoire and materials so you know exactly where you stand.

Together we’ll design your Cruise Showreel Setlist, create a clear weekly plan, and start adding new songs with a proven learning system.

By the end of the month, you’ll feel structured, confident, and ready to take the first real steps toward cruise-ship readiness.

Month 2: Crafting Your Professional Package

Now that your foundation is set, we’ll shift into performance and presentation. You’ll refine and record your showreel with direct feedback, build your pro CV, and prepare polished outreach emails.

Alongside that, you’ll add dozens of new songs to your repertoire and strengthen your stage presence.

By the end of this month, you’ll have a professional package that truly represents you at your best.

Month 3: Stepping Into the Industry

This is where everything comes together. You’ll finalize your showreel, begin applying with confidence, and connect directly with agencies through warm introductions.

You’ll also learn how to navigate contracts, negotiate the best deals, and prepare for life onboard.

By the end of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to land your first international contract — and step into your new identity as a professional cruise musician.

Inside the Process

The Cruise Musician Accelerator is designed to give you everything you need to become fully cruise-ship ready — but I want to be clear: I can’t guarantee you a contract. No one can, because there are factors outside of our control (like agency demand, availability, and your medical clearance to work at sea).

What I can promise is that you’ll leave this program with 10x more chances of landing a contract than if you were doing this alone. Why? Because by your side you’ll have someone who’s been there — who knows what agencies expect, what makes them say “yes,” and what mistakes to avoid. You’ll be supported with professional materials, industry insight, and direct connections that most musicians never get access to.

If you land a contract during our time together, I’ll personally support you through the onboarding process — from documents and medicals to packing, logistics, and preparing for life on board. And beyond cruise ships, everything you build here (your repertoire, your showreel, your promo materials) can open doors to other international gigs and commercial opportunities — tools you’ll keep for your entire career.

This isn’t about luck or waiting for a “big break.”

It’s about strategy, preparation, and knowing exactly how to position yourself so agencies see you as the professional you truly are.

With the right guidance and insider knowledge, what once felt impossible becomes achievable — and your career as an international musician finally becomes real.

You deserve to be paid for your music.

For too long, musicians have been told it’s “normal” to struggle, to take whatever gig comes your way, and to believe that living off your art isn’t realistic. But the truth is: it is possible. You can make a steady income, love what you do, and finally feel valued for your talent.

The full investment for this 3-month journey is €997, offered as a special rate for the first 3 musicians who join us. After that, the price will increase to €1,997.

Payment plans are available: €387/month for 3 months.

What Musicians Say

Over the past few years, I’ve guided dozens of musicians with advice and feedback — and every single one I’ve personally coached through the full process has landed a cruise ship contract.

“I had no knowledge of the cruise industry or how to proceed — Lara guided me every step of the way.”

“She saved me so much time and helped me regain confidence in my skills.”

“With her help and contacts, I got my very first contract — now I’m the happiest in the world.”

“She shared so many insider tips that completely changed the way I prepared.”

“The adaptation phase on board was challenging at first, but thanks to Lara’s guidance, I felt ready to handle it.

I know these struggles because I’ve lived them.

I’m also a musician. For five years while I was living in London, I was stuck between teaching (just to cover the bills) and saying yes to any gig I could find — often playing for free or for pay that didn’t even reflect the hours I put in.

I felt frustrated, sad, and honestly a bit lost. I wanted nothing more than to perform and to make a living from my music, but I didn’t know the path. Nobody had shown me how this industry really works. And without guidance, I didn’t have the contacts, I didn’t know what to send to agencies, and I didn’t know how to present myself so I’d actually be taken seriously.

I remember wishing there was someone to guide me — someone who knew the inside world of music agencies, who could show me what to do (and what not to do), and who could help me step into becoming a professional musician.

That’s exactly why I created the Cruise Musician Accelerator. To be the mentor I wish I had back then, and to help talented, ambitious musicians finally stop spinning their wheels and step confidently into the opportunities they deserve.

Step Into the Career You’ve Been Dreaming Of

Are you ready to stop chasing low-paid gigs, second-guessing your worth, and wondering if you’ll ever “make it” as a professional musician?

The Cruise Musician Accelerator is your chance to finally get the structure, tools, and insider support to step into international opportunities — so you can travel the world, get paid fairly, and feel confident in your music career.

This 3-month coaching program is an investment of €997 — offered at this special rate for the first 3 musicians to join (after that, it goes up to €1,997). Payment plans are also available.

👉 And here’s the truth: the price of this program isn’t even half of what you’ll earn in your first month on a cruise ship. One contract alone can pay for this program many times over.

Ask yourself this:

What is it costing you — financially, emotionally, and in your career — to stay stuck in a cycle of instability?

Every time you say yes to another gig that doesn’t lead anywhere, you keep yourself trapped in the same pattern. You’re working hard, but without stability, without recognition, and without the opportunities you know you’re capable of.

That uncertainty takes a toll. It drains your energy, shakes your confidence, and leaves you questioning whether you’ll ever be seen as the professional musician you truly are.

But when you finally step into stable, international opportunities — when you have a monthly paycheck, the freedom to travel, and the credibility that comes with performing on global stages — your whole career (and your life) begins to shift.

If even part of you knows it’s time for more stability, more recognition, and more adventure, trust that feeling. You don’t need to know every step ahead. You just need to say yes to yourself and your music.

Let’s Take the First Step Together

You don’t have to keep trying to figure the music industry out on your own. I’m here to walk with you — to give you the roadmap, the support, and the inspiration that will help you step into the career you’ve been dreaming of.

🎶 Are you ready to stop chasing unstable gigs and finally build a career where you’re paid fairly, seen as a professional, and free to travel the world doing what you love?

On our call, we’ll get clear on where you are now, what’s been holding you back, and whether the Cruise Musician Accelerator is the right next step for you.

No pressure — just an honest conversation about your goals and what’s possible for you.

Your Questions Answered...

Explore answers to the most common questions about the Cruise Musician Accelerator.

Here’s where you’ll find clear, honest answers to the most common questions about the program.

Do you guarantee that I’ll get a cruise contract?

No — nobody can guarantee a contract because some things are outside of our control (like medicals, documents, or agency openings).

What I can guarantee is that with my help, you’ll have 10x more chances of landing a contract.

I’m in constant touch with agencies, and I hear the same thing all the time: they receive 20+ applications every single day, they don’t have time to give feedback, and most musicians simply don’t look professional, don’t send the right repertoire, or don’t know how to present themselves.

That’s why I built this program — to show you exactly what to send and how to stand out, so you look like the professional agencies are ready to hire.

Do I need to be an amazing singer or pianist already?

Not at all. When I started, I could sing a little, and my piano skills were mostly just chords. I wasn’t a polished accompanist, and I only had 60–70 songs. But I worked my way up, and that’s exactly what I’ll help you do too.

The whole point of this program is to get you cruise-ready step by step, while showing you that you’re already good enough to start. With the right guidance, you’ll keep improving as you go.

Do I need to have professional recordings or an expensive showreel before I join?

Not at all. You don’t need an expensive showreel to join the program — and you don’t even need one to land a cruise contract.

Agencies want very specific types of videos that cost nothing to make. When I got my first contract, it was with a simple video of me performing at an open mic night in London — it cost me nothing.

Apart from maybe a music app or a tablet if you choose, you won’t have extra costs during the program.

What if I can’t afford it right now?

I get it — investing in yourself can feel scary. But the reality is, this program is a shortcut to a career path that could change your life.

There’s literally no one else online offering this kind of step-by-step support, insider knowledge, and direct agency connections. You can try to figure it all out on your own, but it might take years (if it ever happens). Here, you’re getting the roadmap that works.

If you really can’t afford it, don’t lose hope — apply directly to agencies and do your best.

But if you’re serious about landing cruise contracts and earning €2k–€6k per month, investing in yourself now will get you there much faster.

Will this help me beyond cruise ships?

Yes — 100%.

After working on cruise ships, I was suddenly offered gigs I never would’ve dreamed of before.

Why? Because I had a big, polished repertoire, stage confidence, and a professional showreel.

Cruise contracts open doors: hotels, high-end venues, international opportunities.

The material you prepare here, and the experience you gain onboard, will set you up for a career that goes far beyond ships.
