Terms of Service – The International Musician
Welcome to The International Musician (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in the Cruise Musician Accelerator or any of our coaching services (“Program”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
-
We provide coaching, mentoring, and educational support to help musicians prepare for and pursue cruise ship and other international performance opportunities.
-
We are not an agency, recruiter, or employer, and we do not guarantee auditions, contracts, or employment.
2. Payments & Refunds
-
The Program fee is €1997 (one-time) or €767/month for three months (payment plan).
-
All payments must be made on time according to the chosen plan. Access may be suspended if payments are missed.
-
Because this Program provides immediate access to resources and coaching, all sales are final.
14-Day Withdrawal (EU Law):
-
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.
-
However, by enrolling, you acknowledge and expressly agree that the Program begins immediately, and you therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 et seq., French Consumer Code).
3. Client Responsibilities
-
You are responsible for your own participation, actions, and results.
-
You agree to attend sessions, complete assignments, and take action on the strategies provided.
-
You understand that results vary depending on your skills, effort, and preparation.
4. Coach Responsibilities
-
We will provide the coaching sessions, resources, and guidance as described in the Program.
-
We will maintain the confidentiality of anything you share during coaching.

While many clients have successfully landed contracts, we make no guarantees of specific results such as contracts, income, or employment.
-
Your success depends on your skills, preparation, and the market.
